I want to personally welcome you to the Sunrise website. Whenever I'm not familiar with something I usually get a little nervous and want to check it out before I commit or go. There's a good chance that's what you're doing right now. We want to be able to help put you at ease about Sunrise. As you browse through our site we welcome you to take your time, look over the many ministries and areas where you can get connected or just simply find community. Here at Sunrise we put a great emphasis on every part of the family.
If you decide to be our guest at one of our Sunday services either at 9:15am, 11:00am, or 6:00pm, I would love to invite you and your family to our coffee house we call "Solid Grounds" and order up everyone in your family a free latte' or different coffee of your choice along with a muffin, scone or cookie. It's just our way of saying thanks for trying Sunrise. Both of our services are a blended mix of traditional and light contemporary.
What ever your style or whether you're an early morning or later morning worshipper, we feel Sunrise has something for you. If you decide to try us out, please stop by and say "hi" to me and tell me you found us on our website. I would love to meet you. Have a great day and I hope to meet you Sunday at Sunrise!

Emmaus is a modern worship service that meets Sunday nights at 6:00 and uses engaging worship, fresh approaches to scriptural principles, and interactive elements to help people move closer to and engage in the abundant life that Jesus said He came to provide!
Not your normal church service... you'll find seating around tables, a passionate modern worship band, worship stations that offer a chance to respond to and interact with the theme of the evening, as well as a high value on the visual aesthetic and discovering how to worship God with all of our heart, soul, mind, and strength.
We value community, love, and a missional faith that seeks to be engaged with sharing God's love in practical ways with our local community.
Whether you are just beginning to explore faith concepts, or you've been around the church for years but are eager for a fresh and renewed vision of what it means to be a follower of Jesus, we invite you to join us on the journey... the road to... Emmaus!

Pastor Dan invites you to check out his "Pastor's Thoughts" blog and comment if you like. You can find his blog here at www.pastorsthots.blogspot.com. He changes the content once or twice a week so check in regularly. |
